MEMO TO: Clerk -Administrator and City Council <br />FROM: City Planner Herman <br />DATE: July 13, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: ORDINANCE NO. 447, WETLAND AMENDMENT <br />This amendment would be to change the boundaries of Wetland I.D. <br />11-19. The boundary changes were proposed by Mr. Harstad who <br />applied to develop portions of this wetland and the surrounding <br />buffer area. The developer's engineering firm, Merila & <br />Associates, has supplied a map which illustrates the boundary <br />change (previously issued to the Council) which was reviewed and <br />agreed upon by Barr Engineering, Army Corps of Engineers, and <br />Ramsey Soil and Water Conservation District. This amendment <br />would change the City's official map to reflect this: boundary <br />change. <br />KH/BAC <br />k. <br />
