RESOLUTION 10117 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH MOUNDS VIEW <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT, ISD 621, FOR OPERATING THE MEALS ON WHEELS PROGRAM AT <br />THE COMMUNITY CENTER <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View School District (ISD 621) operates a Meals on Wheels <br />Program through its Community Education Program; and <br />WHEREAS, their current lease for the space was not renewed; and <br />WHEREAS, ISD 621 Staff reached out to inquire if the Community Center could be utilized <br />for this program; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff met with the Meals on Wheels Staff, toured the Community Center and <br />started working on how the program could operate out of the Community Center; and <br />WHEREAS, most of the meals that are served by Meals on Wheels are to residents of Mounds <br />View; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Attorney has developed a professional service agreement that will need <br />to be approved by the City Council to allow ISD 621 to operate the Meals on Wheels Program in the <br />Community Center. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />Approves the Professional Service Agreement with the Mounds View School District 621 to <br />operate the Meals on Wheels Program as outlined. <br />2. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute all <br />appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by this resolution. <br />3.
