To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 10089, <br /> 3 Awarding a Contract to Northwest Asphalt for the 2025 Street Project including all three bid <br /> 4 alternates as well as the proposals from Stantec and American Engineering Testing. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 Ayes—4 Nays—0 Motion carried. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 9. REPORTS <br /> 9 A. Reports of Mayor and Council. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Council Member Gunn reported the Planning Commission has not met in the last two weeks. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Council Member Gunn stated the Mounds View Police Foundation would be holding a bake sale <br /> 14 on Wednesday, April 30 at Abiding Savior Church. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Council Member Gunn explained the Tribute Park Committee received a presentation from a <br /> 17 consultant's vision for the park and stated she was very pleased with the proposed plans. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Council Member Smith commented she attended the Ramsey County League of Local <br /> 20 Government Collection Actions Committee meeting last week. She indicated this group would be <br /> 21 focusing their efforts on providing energy efficiency items to those living in mobile home <br /> 22 communities. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Council Member Smith stated the Festival in the Park Committee would be meeting next on <br /> 25 Tuesday, April 15 at 6:30 p.m. at the Public Works building. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Council Member Smith invited the public to attend the easter egg hunt, which will be held on <br /> 28 Saturday, April 19 at City Hall at 10:00 a.m. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Council Member Smith indicated last week she and her daughter received a request from the <br /> 31 Ramsey County Sheriff's training unit to role play with the new deputy academy DUI classes. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Council Member Smith sent her heartfelt condolences to the Mounds View Police Department and <br /> 34 to the handler for K9 Niko. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Council Member Meehlhause stated last Tuesday, April 8 he attended the CPY annual luncheon <br /> 37 with City Administrator Zikmund. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Mayor Lindstrom commented he met with an individual who is running for governor. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Mayor Lindstrom explained he attended a clemency hearing on Friday,April 4 as well as attending <br /> 42 a town hall event in Litchfield with the Attorney General. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Mayor Lindstrom thanked the Festival in the Park Committee members for all of their efforts on <br /> 45 the egg hunt. <br /> 46 <br />
