A public hearing was held on April 14, 2025 by the Mounds View City Council, <br /> and all persons desiring to be heard with reference to the vacation were heard at <br /> said public hearing. <br /> 3.03. The Mounds View City Council finds and determines that it is in the best interests <br /> of the City to vacate the easement requested by the Owner at 3033 Woodale Drive <br /> Section 4. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City staff shall have the <br /> following summary printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of the complete <br /> ordinance. <br /> On April 28, 2025, the City Council adopted Ordinance 1041 vacating a highway <br /> easement on the property located at 3033 Woodale Drive. <br /> A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection during regular business <br /> hours at Mounds View City Hall and is available online at the City's website located <br /> at www.moundsviewmn.org <br /> Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days from and after its <br /> passage and publication.
