Public Works Staff Report <br />Silver View Park <br />• Concrete installation for new fencing <br />• New culvert installed on the inlet of the forebay <br />• Forebay reconstruction <br />• Two new sump basins being installed on Lake Court Dr. <br />• One new rain guardian being installed near H2 Flats Apartments <br />• Stump treatments starting soon <br />• Drinking fountain repair <br />• (Alderlink Construction Masters) has constructed two rain infiltration basins just north of H2 flats <br />apartments and reconstructed two basins near the south Silverview sign on H2. <br />What to look for in the next month: <br />-Additional stump spraying <br />-Trail asphalt repair over new culvert <br />Larger trees and diseased oak trees will remain up until freeze up in December of 2025, after adequate <br />frost has been established the larger trees will be scheduled for removal. <br />Woodcrest Park <br />• Mowing <br />Community Center, Public Works Shop and City Hall Greenspaces <br />a Trash and litter pickup, mowing, whipping, weed spraying and working on PD land scaping plan. <br />This culvert was replaced as part of the SV Storm water Project <br />3 1 P a g e <br />
