RESOLUTION 10119 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE WETLAND BANK PROSPECTUS APPLICATION AND <br />TASKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE APPLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City has the responsibility to efficiently operate the storm water <br />system; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the proposal from Stantec Engineering Services <br />to continue to move forward with the Ardan Park Wetland Banking Concept; and <br />WHEREAS, Stantec has provided a Cost Proposal of $29,300.00 for the next steps as <br />listed below: <br />Task 1) Hydrologic/Hydraulic Modeling. <br />Task 2) Site Investigation <br />Task 3) Concept Design <br />Task 4) Prospectus Wetland Application <br />Task 5) Exhibit Development <br />Task 6) Wetland Conservation Act Technical Evaluation Panel (WCA TEP) and US COE <br />Meetings; and <br />WHEREAS, should the Council agree to move forward with the Ardan Park Wetland <br />Banking project, Staff recommends approving the attached resolution for Stantec to perform the <br />various tasks as outlined in the proposal. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. Approves the proposal from Stantec Engineering Services for the Prospectus <br />Application and task listed on the proposal for the Ardan Park Wetland Banking Project <br />at a cost of $29,300.00. <br />2. Funded from the Storm Water Department 2025 adopted budget account 745-4415- <br />7050 with a budget of $342,000.00 for stormwater projects. <br />3. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute all <br />appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by this resolution. <br />4.
