civicplus.com 56 <br />Summary of Responsibilities <br />CivicPlus will provide the following: <br />• Initial creation of customer Sandbox and Production <br />Accounts <br />• 30-minute Kickoff and Consulting Call <br />• Timeline Development <br />• 1-Hour Request Admin Training <br />• 1-Hour Conversations Admin Training <br />• 1-Hour Request User Training <br />• 1-Hour Conversations User Training <br />• Optional Integration: 1-Hour End-to-End Testing Call <br />• Ongoing recurring check-ins to provide consulting <br />services during implementation <br />• Marketing meeting with Customer Success Manager <br />• Migration of settings from the Sandbox Account to Production Account for customer launch <br />Customer will be responsible for the following: <br />• Full configuration of account including conversations channels, request categories and workflows, member <br />list, and more <br />• Delivering all Marketplace App Deliverables (including visuals for the app design) and providing CivicPlus full <br />admin access to an active Apple Developer Account, if applicable <br />• Ensuring that the customer has API access with their integrated system and integration deliverables, if <br />applicable <br />• Securing team availability for all meetings and trainings <br />• Full testing of account before launch <br />• Executing Marketing Plan <br />Continuing Services <br />MAINTENANCE <br />• Extensive automated test suites integrated with version control system. <br />• Web based products receive updates daily via a continuous integration process. <br />• Mobile apps are managed on a standard schedule for features (every 2-3 months) and as needed for bug <br />fixes.
