RESOLUTION NO. 10122 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING REBECCA SCHOLL TO FILL A VACATED SEAT <br /> ON THE MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning and Zoning Commission acts as an <br /> advisory body to the City Council on matters that relate to residential, commercial, <br /> industrial development and redevelopment, zoning and comprehensive planning; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is composed of seven Mounds View <br /> residents; and, <br /> WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on the Planning Commission; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Staff advertised for this one position and received three applications; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the interviewing committee met with all three applicants, and after <br /> careful consideration, agreed that Rebecca Scholl was the best fit for the Planning <br /> Commission; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the interviewing committee is recommending to the City Council <br /> Rebecca Scholl. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Rebecca Scholl, 2467 Hillview <br /> Road, is hereby appointed to serve a term to expire December 31, 2025: <br /> Adopted this 14t" day of July, 2025. <br /> Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br />
