RESOLUTION NO. 10141 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING A RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR ICE RINK ATTENDANTS <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 5546 requires that seasonal positions must be approved by the <br />Mounds View City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, staff is requesting to fill up to 10 part-time seasonal Ice Rink Attendant <br />positions to begin mid -December and conclude when outdoor skating season ends; and <br />WHEREAS, Ice Rink Attendants will work at Hillview and Lambert Parks; and <br />WHEREAS, the hourly wage range will be $13.39 - $15.00; and, <br />WHEREAS, each Ice Rink Attendant may work up to 20 hours per week. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The 2025 — 2026 Ice Rink Attendant seasonal recruitment process is approved for <br />a total of 10 positions. These positions would start approximately mid -December <br />2025 and terminate in mid -to late -February 2026 (weather dependent). <br />2. Ice Rink Attendants will work at Hillview and Lambert Park ice rinks and warming <br />houses. <br />3. Ice Rink Attendant seasonal positions will be paid $13.39 - $15.00 per hour. <br />4.
