The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title XV, <br /> Chapter 160, Section 160.450 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the <br /> underlined material and deleting the strickeR material as follows: <br /> § 160.450 PROCEDURE. <br /> (A) Request for amendments.
