<br />INVESTIGATOR SOLZ 2025 QUARTER 2 INVESTIGATIVE HIGHLIGHTS <br /> <br />• 26 cases Investigated <br />• 11 cleared by arrest <br />• 7 exceptionally cleared <br />• 4 awaiting evidence/under investigation <br />Types of cases investigated <br />• 7 Assaults <br />• 2 Thefts <br />• 1 Criminal Sexual Conduct <br />• 4 Fraud <br />• 2 Deaths <br />-Case Highlights- <br /> <br />Criminal Sexual Conduct <br /> <br />Date rape with an unknown suspect and location of the crime. Used Cell data records <br />to locate time line and location of the crime. Worked with Roseville PD to identify <br />suspect through social media. Suspect was later charged by Roseville PD. <br /> <br />Homicide/Suicide <br /> <br />Two males found deceased in a home. Ruled a murder suicide. No risk to the public <br />and case will be closed after numerous search warrants. <br /> <br />Person in Crisis/Emergency Risk Protection Order <br /> <br />Male in crisis was sent to the hospital against his will after threatening to shoot his <br />neighbor. Male also made comments about wanting to purchase an AR-15. An ERPO <br />was filed because the male was still eligible to purchase and own a firearm. <br />Respondent was later civilly committed due to the ERPO being filed. <br /> <br />SWAT <br /> <br />High risk Search Warrant in Shoreview for two homicide suspects. Worked with Anoka <br />County on investigative aspects due to suspects having ties with Mounds View and <br />New Brighton. <br /> <br />High Risk Search Warrant in New Brighton for shooting suspect. <br /> <br />Manhunt for Vance Boelter. Assisted in clearing farmsteads in Green Isle area and <br />were in the field at the time of his arrest. <br /> <br />Training <br /> <br />Attended Grey Group 4-day high threat CQC Instructor course. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
