CALL TO ORDER <br /> 2. ROLL CALL: President Meehlhause, Vice President Clark, Commissioner Lindstrom, <br /> Commissioner Smith, Commissioner Gunn <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> 4. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> A. Approval of Minutes: August 25, 2025 <br /> 5. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> 6. PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Citizens may speak to issues relating to economic development and not on <br /> the agenda. Before speaking, please give your full name and address for the <br /> minutes. Also, please limit your comments to three minutes.
