8031 Greenwood Dr. Mounds View Minnesota Accessory Building <br />Submitted by: <br />Mr. Tom Kriesel <br />Property Address: 8031 Greenwood Dr. Mounds View, MN. 55112 <br />Per the conditional use permit (CUP) the proposed building will meet the following conditions: <br />1. The use will not create an excessive burden on existing parks, schools, streets and <br />other public facilities or utilities which serve or are proposed to serve the area. The <br />accessory building will be placed in the rear of the property and will not have any <br />adverse effects on local parks, schools, streets, or public facilities. <br />2. The use will be sufficiently compatible or separated by a minimum of 10 feet from <br />all property lines, and in a fenced in yard. The accessory building will not lower the <br />value or have an adverse effect on any of the adjacent homes or properties. <br />3. The use of the accessory building is for storage and will fall into the purpose of the <br />existing land use. <br />4. The accessory building is not in conflict with the Comprehensive Plan of the city. The <br />building will have no effect on city plans and will not cause any changes to the city <br />plans. <br />5. The accessory building is located in the rear section of the property and will not <br />create any additional traffic hazards, congestion, or access issues for the city. <br />6. The accessory building will have electrical utilities only. There will be no need for <br />sewer or water due to the location of the structure. <br />Attached are the property site plans and engineered building plans. <br />
