Sergeants assigned to more <br />than one (1) training task will not receive more than $100 per month. <br />MULTI -LANGUAGE PAY: <br />Sergeants that can display a proficiency in a language other than English will be paid a $100 per <br />month stipend, limited to two Sergeants. <br />FIELD TRAINING PAY: <br />Sergeants assigned and trained as Field Training Officers shall receive three (3) hours of <br />Compensatory Time per shift when actively assigned a trainee for training. <br />14 <br />
