The proposed amendment aligns with City of Mounds View's Comprehensive Plan's <br />goals, policies, and objectives, including: <br />a. Promote Housing Diversity <br />b. Support Land Use Efficiency <br />c. Encourage Compatible Land Use Transitions <br />d. Strategically Invest in Redevelopment Opportunities <br />e.
