RESOLUTION 10172 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #2 FOR THE SILVER VIEW STORM WATER POND PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 9996 on October 28, 2024, authorizing <br />ACM LLC to perform the Silver View Park Pond Project; and <br />WHEREAS, this project did not begin immediately because of delayed communication <br />from RCWD to the City regarding the outcome of the grant money; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff notified ACM LLC of the November 28, 2025 contract end; and <br />WHEREAS, ACM LLC submitted Change Order #2 on November 4, 2025, requesting that <br />the contract end date be extended from November 28, 2025, to February 15, 2026. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. Accepts Change Order from ACM LLC for a new project close out date of February 15, 2026, <br />for the Silver View Park Storm Water Pond Project. <br />2. The Director of Public Works is authorized to make approvals related to contract <br />modifications during construction of the Project on behalf of the City Council as per the <br />Purchasing Policy. <br />3.
