Mounds View PD Reserve Unit 2025 Quarter 3 Report <br /> Reserve Officer Traczyk volunteered a total of eleven (11) hours in the third quarter of <br /> 2025. Reserve Officer Traczyk assisted with administrative duties and volunteered at <br /> the Stockyard Days and Festival in The Park Parades. Reserve Officer Walker who was <br /> recently returning from a lengthy injury, suffered another injury and will not return for <br /> some time. Human Resources Director Rayla, Deputy Chief Hellpap, and Sgt. Hanson <br /> worked on a new recruiting effort during quarter three. <br /> Similar to job listings for Police Officers and Community Service Officers, the MVPD has <br /> now integrated a similar recruiting tool for Reserve Officers. Since the incorporation of <br /> this new tool, the MVPD has received several potential candidates. <br />
