This review often results in necessary additions, deletions, adjustments <br /> or increases. In addition, a public hearing is required when revising certain City fees. <br /> Discussion: <br /> Staff has reviewed the fee schedule and has recommended changes as shown in <br /> Exhibit A. Proposed revisions in red strike-through are deletions and those in blue <br /> underline are additions or modifications. City Council discussed the proposed changes <br /> at their October 6, 2025, work session. <br /> Introduction and first reading took place on October 14, 2025. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Staff recommends that the City Council open the public hearing and conduct the second <br /> reading of Ordinance 1049.
