Jeremiah Anderson
From:
Sent: Saturday, April 19, 2025 9:48 AM
To: Jeremiah Anderson
Subject: 5090 Irondale - Eyesore, Fire Hazard
Follow Up Flag: Follow up
Flag Status: Flagged
You don't often get email from. Learn why this is important
Caution: This email originated outside our organization; please use caution.
Hi,
Please take a drive to the above address. The hedges have been cut back and replaced with dead (real) and
artificial Christmas trees. We all know how fast dead Christmas trees burn. The entire mound of junk on the
property could cause an out of control massive fire that could damage neighboring homes. A child could go
"exploring" and be crushed by falling debris.
The owner would have enough fake flower arrangements and pots to donate to a cemetery to adorn all of the
graves. What once was grass is covered with some artificial turf or something similar. I'm not sure how
combustible that is.
The property is just a mound of junk. I can't imagine what the house looks like on the inside. It may not be fit
for the elderly man who lives there to live in. I suspect serious mental illness.
Thank you in advance for the drive by. I'll report it to the fire department if I see no improvement in the next
few weeks, before or after a report to MAARC.
i
