As <br /> owner or person(s) responsible you are hereby ordered to eliminate all conditions which are in <br /> violation of the Mounds View Code of Ordinances: Remove outside storaqe of junk, debris <br /> inoperable/unusable equipment; qravel surface behind qaraqe is deteriorated and will <br /> require restoration to continue parkinq vehicles in compliance with ordinance requirement <br /> of improved surface of sufficient depth and adequacy. <br /> Violations: <br /> § 91 .002 Nuisance Defined: Any act, substance, matter, emission, or thing which creates a <br /> dangerous or unhealthy condition or which threatens the public peace, safety or sanitary condition <br /> of the City or which is offensive or has a blighting influence on the community is declared a public <br /> nuisance and is prohibited <br /> § 91 .003 SUBD.C.3. - The outside piling, storing or keeping of old machinery, junk, furniture, <br /> household furnishings or appliances or component parts thereof, rusting metal <br /> inoperable/unusable equipment, or other debris visible on private or public property is a public <br /> nuisance and is prohibited. <br /> § 91 .006 SUBD.B.3.A. - Vehicles which are parked or stored outside shall be parked upon an <br /> "improved surface" defined as follows: A driveway or parking area constructed of asphalt, <br /> concrete, brick or a parking area of crushed gravel of sufficient depth and adequately maintained <br /> to support the vehicle weight. <br /> These violations must be corrected no later than September 23, 2025 to avoid additional <br /> enforcement action. <br /> Issued by: Jeremiah A Phone Number: (763)717-4023 <br /> If you fail to correct the violations within the time specified above you will be subject to further <br /> enforcement action. Additionally; the City Council may, after notice to the owner and occupant or <br /> other responsible party and an opportunity to be heard, provide for abating (correcting) the <br /> violation by the City at your expense. If the cost, or any portion of it, has not been paid within thirty <br /> (30) days after the date of the bill, the unpaid cost will be certified to the County Auditor for <br /> collection along with current taxes in the following year. <br />
