This shall be done monthly on a form provided by the <br /> City(Appendix B)and shall be accompanied by copies of all weight tickets for garbage, <br /> recyclable materials,bulky waste and yard waste collected in the City and processed or <br /> disposed of. <br /> 11.6 All licensees that haul recyclables shall report to the City those residential customers <br /> that do not participate, at least quarterly, in the recycling program.
