Townhouse A residence for one unit that is attached either horizontally or <br /> vertically to at least two other residences as defined in Section <br /> 1102.02 Subd. 119 of the Mounds View Zoning Code. <br /> Vectors Of Disease Animals ineludinginclude, but not limited, to insects, mice, rats, <br /> squirrels, crows, flies and other vermin that are capable of <br /> carrying, transmitting and/or infecting humans with disease. <br /> Yard Waste Garden waste, leaves, lawn cuttings, weeds, prunings, shrub and <br /> small tree branches as defined by these Standards, generated at <br /> residential or commercial properties. <br /> 3 Residential Recycling Program <br /> 3.1 All residents are required to separate and recycle all designated recyclable materials. <br /> If set out for curbside collection,recyclable materials are to be placed in the appropriate <br /> container(s) for recng and are not to be placed in the garbage cart. <br /> 3.2 Recyclable materials include at a minimum: <br /> A. Mixed paper: Newspapers(including inserts),magazines,phone books,catalogs, <br /> office and school papers including colored paper, junk mail, box board such as <br /> snack and cereal boxes, pop/beer/water boxes, corrugated cardboard, shredded <br /> paper in sealed paper bags, egg cartons. <br /> B. Glass: Food and beverage containers including glass jars and bottles. <br /> C. Plastic: Food and beverage containers including rigid plastic bottles, containers, <br /> tubs, lids and caps with plastics recycling symbols # I - #7, plastic toys, flower <br /> and shrub containers, landscape edging, laundry baskets, and plastic buckets and <br /> pails. <br /> D. Metal: Beverage, food and pet food containers including aluminum cans, tinned- <br /> steel cans, aerosol cans; and other household scrap metal and pots, pans and <br /> silverware that will fit in the recycling bin. <br /> E. Milk cartons and juice boxes. <br /> F. Other materials: Items that from time to time are designated as recyclable by the <br /> City. <br /> 3.3 Recyclable materials are to be ele-an,-anc clean and kept as dry as practicable between <br /> collections by the resident and during collection by the recycling contractor. <br /> 3.4 The customer is responsible for the appropriate use and safety of the recycling <br /> containers, including both the interior and exterior of the containers. The customer <br /> shall rinse or wash the interior of the container as needed, andneeded and shall keep <br /> the containers free of markings or graffiti. <br /> 3.5 Recyclables and yard waste may be placed at the curb for collection.
