In consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, and <br /> intending to be legally bound, City and Tubman hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. Agreement Documents. This Agreement, which includes the Description of Services <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit A, sets out the entire understanding between the parties and it <br /> supersedes any prior written or oral discussions or agreements between the parties regarding <br /> the same subject matter. The provisions of the documents constituting the Agreement shall be <br /> read together and reconciled in the documents to the greatest extent reasonably possible. To <br /> the extent there are any conflicting provisions that cannot be reconciled, the more specific <br /> provision shall generally be controlling.
