<br />d. Documents described above shall be recorded with the County Registry of Deeds as <br />appropriate. <br />10. Definitions. <br />a. Affordable Dwelling Unit: The required affordable dwelling units within a residential <br />project subject to this policy shall meet an income eligibility and rent affordability standard <br />for the term as set in this Policy. <br />b. Affordable Housing Plan: A plan that documents policies and procedures for <br />administering the affordable dwelling units in accordance with the Affordable Housing <br />Performance Agreement. <br />c. Affordable Housing Performance Agreement: Agreement between the City and the <br />developer which formally sets forth development approval and requirements to achieve <br />Affordable Housing in accordance with this policy. <br />d. Area Median Income (AMI): the AMI as determined by the Metropolitan Council of the <br />Twin Cities at the time of development.
