The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10186 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVING APPOINTMENTS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />AND THE PARKS, RECREATION AND FORESTRY COMMISSION <br />EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning and Zoning Commission and the Parks, <br />Recreation and Forestry Commission consist of members appointed by the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there are certain seats that expire December 31, 2025, on the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission (2) and the Parks, Recreation and Forestry <br />Commission (2). <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View approves the following appointments effective January 1, 2026: <br /> <br /> Term Expiration <br />(3-Year Term) <br /> <br />Planning Commission Rebecca Scholl December 31, 2028 <br /> (Vacancy) December 31, 2028 <br /> <br />Parks, Recreation and John Lundgren December 31, 2028 <br /> Forestry Commission (Vacancy) December 31, 2028 <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 9th day of December, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> _______________________________________ <br /> Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL)
