The last rental license fee increase occurred in 2020 when single family home <br />license fees increased from $60 per year to the current rate of $100. Staff surveyed similar <br />and surrounding Cities to obtain rental license fee information and has attached a matrix <br />showing the license fees for additional helpful information.
