He reported this was a technical matter noting the contractor <br /> was not able to start when they wanted to due to delays from the Rice Creek Watershed District. She explained a flyer <br /> has been translated into Spanish. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark stated the Festival in the Park Committee would be meeting next on Tuesday, November 18 at 6:30 p.m. at the Public Works Facility. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark indicated she would be volunteering at Second Harvest on Wednesday, November 19. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark noted Turkey Bingo would be held at the Community Center on Sunday, November 16 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
