CONSENT AGENDA <br />Approval of Minutes: November 10, 2025. <br />Just and Correct Claims. <br />Resolution 10174, Approving a Lease Agreement Renewal with Dippin’ Chocolate, LLC, for Use of Kitchen Space at the Mounds View Community Center. <br />Resolution 10177, Approving a Three-Year Labor Agreement with the Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit, Effective January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028. <br /> <br />Mayor Lindstrom thanked staff for all of their efforts on the labor agreement that was reached with the Public Works bargaining unit. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Clark/Gunn. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
