<br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund stated the solid waste numbers had been provided to staff and noted there were some variations in the numbers. <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund thanked Council Member Gunn for all of her efforts on the tree lighting ceremony. <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund explained the City now has the ability to franchise broadband services if this was the desire of the City Council. <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund commented it was time for the Council to complete a performance review of the City Administrator. He recommended this be held in January of 2026. The Council <br /> supported holding the performance review on Monday, January 19 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />10.
