<br /> <br />Council Member Gunn reported Heroes and Helpers would be held on Tuesday, December 16. She noted the Planning Commission would be meeting next on Wednesday, December 17 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn stated she attended the tree lighting ceremony on Friday, December 5. She thanked the Police, Fire, Public Works and Parks and Rec staff for all their assistance <br /> with this event. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn thanked the City for opening its doors to the Annunciation parents to have a forum to speak to the public on Saturday, December 6. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn thanked all of the residents who attended the community meal and all of the volunteers that made this event possible. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark reported the Festival in the Park Committee would not be meeting in December and neither would the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark thanked all of the volunteers who helped Greg fill three dumpsters from the abatement project. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark indicated she enjoyed attending the tree lighting ceremony where she helped serve hot cocoa and coffee on behalf of Project Ardan. She thanked staff for all of their <br /> assistance with this event. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark stated the Manna Market food distribution would occur from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 14 at the Community Center. She encouraged those who needed <br /> their distribution to be delivered to contact her directly. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark commented she attended the meeting on Saturday, and she appreciated the fact the City made space for the forum with the Annunciation parents. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark reported she attended the community meal where Project Ardan served hot cocoa. She thanked Pursue Church for providing volunteers and dessert at this event. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark wished everyone Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause stated the Chamber of Commerce would meet next on Thursday, December 18 at 8:00 a.m. at the Community Center where Police Chief Ben Zender would be the guest <br /> speaker. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause reported he attended a Gateway Visitor Bureau finance committee meeting on Friday, December 5 where the 2026 budget was discussed. He noted he would be attending <br /> a Gateway Visitors Bureau board meeting on Tuesday, December 16 where the 2026 budget will be considered. He then reviewed the year to date actuals for 2025 along with the proposed <br /> budget for 2026 in further detail with the Council. He was pleased to report revenues
