Before speaking, please give your full name and address for the <br />minutes. Also, please limit your comments to three minutes. As a reminder, <br />public comment is for addressing the Economic Development Authority only. <br />Comments or concerns regarding staff must be submitted in writing to the <br />Mayor or City Administrator. Failure to respect these guidelines will result in the <br />President asking you to cease commenting and asking you to return to your <br />seat.
