Ordinance 1053 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br /> <br />COMMERCIAL Plumbing Permit Plan Review Fees <br />Valuation/Project Details Plan Review Fee <br />(2) Elects not to proceed following completion of the review, or <br />(3) The application is deemed abandoned by the Designated Building Official <br />pursuant to Minnesota Rules 1300.0120, Subpart 9. <br />The applicant will be assessed one hundred percent (100%) of the plan review fee, <br />for plan review and processing services, whether or not a permit is issued. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 3. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City staff shall have the following <br />summary printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of this entire ordinance, as said summary <br />would clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance: <br /> <br />On January 26, 2026, the City Council adopted Ordinance 1053, entitled “An <br />Ordinance Amending the 2026 City of Mounds View Fee Schedule Related to <br />Residential and Commercial Plumbing Permit Fees”. <br /> <br />A printed copy of the complete ordinance is available for inspection by any person <br />during regular office hours at the office of the city administrator. A copy of the <br />ordinance is also available online on the City’s website at www.moundsviewmn.org. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
