<br /> <br />Staff Report for Resolution 10201 Continued <br /> <br /> <br />Staff reviewed repair options for the trench drain and oil separator; Thul Specialty Contracting <br />and Innovative High Performance Coatings submitted cost proposals: <br /> <br />• Thul $22,400.00 <br />• Innovative $21,750.00* <br /> <br />*Note: Innovative’ s liner product is not conducive to sealing the oil separator and therefore cannot be <br />utilized, making Thul as the responsible contractor for this project. <br /> <br />The 2026 Adopted Budget includes $30,000.00 in the Special Projects Fund for re-lining the <br />trench and oil separator. <br /> <br />Strategic Plan Strategy/Goal: Maintain and Plan for Infrastructure Improvements. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: $30,000.00 is included in the 2026 Adopted Budget, Special Projects Fund, <br />480-4470-7050 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff is recommending the City Council adopt the attached resolution and proposal from Thul <br />for the Public Works Facility trench drain and oil separator. Staff is also recommending a 7% <br />contingency of $1,568.00 be approved.
