ORDINANCE NO. 1054 <br />PAGE 5 <br />to exceed 48 feet in height, provided an increase of 10% of the setback as required for the <br />underlying zone under Section 160.055(C) when abutting Residential is provided. <br />(2) Development of multiple family dwellings in the R-4 zone within the Overlay <br />District are permitted a maximum building height of four (4) stories, not to exceed 48 feet in <br />height, provided an increase of 10% of the setback as required for the underlying zone under <br />Section 160.055(C) when abutting Residential is provided. <br />(3) Development of mixed -use buildings within the B-3 and B-4 zones within the <br />Overlay District are permitted a maximum building height of five (5) stories, not to exceed 60 <br />feet in height, provided an increase of 10% of the setback as required for the underlying zone <br />under Section 160.055(C) when abutting Residential is provided. <br />(Prior Code, § 1129.05) <br />§ 160.285 EXISTING USES AND STRUCTURES. <br />Uses and structures in this district that were conforming prior to the effective date of this <br />chapter will remain conforming upon adoption of this chapter: all subsequent additions, exterior <br />alteration and accessory buildings constructed after the erection of an original building after the <br />date of adoption of this chapter, shall: <br />(A) Be constructed of materials comparable to those used in the original construction; <br />(B) Be designed in a manner conforming to the original structure's architectural design and <br />appearance; and <br />(C) Meet all other standards set forth in this chapter. <br />
