RESOLUTION NO. 10180 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO CINDY PALM FOR HER <br />DISTINGUISHED SERVICE ON THE MOUNDS VIEW PARKS, <br />RECREATION AND FORESTRY COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, Cindy Palm has faithfully served on the Mounds View Parks, Recreation and <br />Forestry Commission since February 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, Cindy holds the distinction of being the longest -serving member of the <br />Commission, with an exemplary tenure spanning nearly 21 years; and <br />WHEREAS, throughout her service, Cindy has demonstrated unwavering dedication, <br />enthusiasm, and a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for the residents of Mounds <br />View; and <br />WHEREAS, Cindy has consistently shown genuine concern for the well-being of the <br />community and has contributed meaningfully to the advancement of parks, recreation, and forestry <br />initiatives within the city. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council, on behalf <br />of City staff and the residents of Mounds View, hereby extends its sincere gratitude and heartfelt <br />appreciation to Cindy Palm for her outstanding service and lasting contributions to the Parks, <br />Recreation and Forestry Commission. <br />Adopted this 9th day of February, 2026. <br />Cou it ember Gary Meelilhause <br />Each Lindstrom <br />Sherry Gunn <br />------------------ -- <br />Council Member Kathryn Smith <br />A 17EST: <br />City dminis ator Nyle 'Likmund <br />
