Resolution 10209 <br />Page 2 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that issuance of subject licenses is contingent upon <br />passing all applicable building and fire inspections, issuance of a Ramsey County Food <br />License and approval of a Mounds View Change of Occupancy. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT both the on -sale intoxicating liquor <br />license/Sunday sales and restaurant license will expire on December 31, 2026, and shall <br />be renewed annually. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED THAT while operating in the City of Mounds View, El <br />Novillo Alegre Restaurant shall comply with all applicable conditions and provisions of the <br />Mounds View City Code. <br />Adopted this 9th day of February, 2026. <br />strom, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />— �' V -il'j <br />Nyl ikm d, City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />
