EDA BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. CLOSED SESSION - Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 13D.05, <br />subdivision 3(c) and 13.44, subdivision 3, to conduct a closed EDA meeting <br />concerning real property located at the address noted below; to consider <br />strategies and to develop or consider offers or counter offers for the sale of <br />such property and to review confidential appraisal information for such <br />property, as follows: <br /> <br />7861 Groveland Road <br />Mounds View, Minnesota <br />PIN: 06.30.23.34.0061 <br /> <br />Executive Director Zikmund requested the EDA move into a closed session to discuss the property <br />at 7861 Groveland Road. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Lindstrom.
