RESOLUTION NO. 10205 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA APPROVING TRANSFERS BETWEEN FUNDS FOR 2025 WHEREAS, the City has adopted budgets for various funds for 2025, the budgets include inter- fund transfers for various purposes; and WHEREAS, it is possible to adjust some of the transfers from the originally budgeted amounts; and WHEREAS, the transfers from the TIF funds have been adjusted based on actual TIF revenue received and the transfer to the Storm Water Fund from the Vehicle & Equipment Fund has been increased to account for the actual cost of the items net of disposal proceeds; and WHEREAS, the General Fund saw favorable operating results due to staff vacancies and the rebound of the value of the City's investment portfolio. This will allow for transfers in the amount of $385,000 to other funds as the Council directs.
