The following items were confirmed: • No outstanding water/sewer bills for this property. • No delinquent property taxes for this property. • The Mounds View Police Department has provided a satisfactory background check for the applicant, Rosa Corona. • All application materials, fees and supporting documents were submitted and reviewed. • Proof of adequate Liquor Liability Insurance has been provided. Approval of the liquor license is contingent upon passing all required building and fire inspections, issuance of a Ramsey County Food license and approval of the Mounds View Change of Occupancy. Both licenses will expire December 31, 2026, and shall be renewed annually. The applicant, Rosa Corona, will be present at the City Council meeting to address any questions that may arise. Financial Impact: N/A Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of Resolution 10209, approving an on-sale intoxicating liquor license and a class A restaurant license for El Novillo Alegre, LLC. contingent upon satisfactory building and fire inspections, issuance of a Ramsey County Food License, issuance of a State of Minnesota Liquor License, and approval of the Mounds View Change of Occupancy.
