The proposed rezoning to PUD meets the criteria of Section 160.450. <br /> <br />Conditions of Approval: <br />1. The proposed Lot 2 (as shown on the proposed preliminary plat of Suite Living of <br />Mounds View prepared by Civil Site Group and dated 1/8/2026) shall be rezoned to <br />‘PUD’, contingent on approval of an amendment to the Future Land Use Map in the city’s <br />Comprehensive Plan and approval of a Final Plan for the proposed planned unit <br />development in accordance with Section 160.318(D) of city code. <br />2.
