CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mounds View City Council <br />will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 6:00 pm at <br />the Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Mounds View Boulevard, Mounds <br />View, Minnesota, 55112 to consider amendments to the City Code, <br />Title XI: Business Regulations, Chapter 119, Concerning Rental <br />Dwelling Regulation pertaining to Affordable Housing. <br />Anyone wanting to speak about this matter may be heard at this <br />meeting.
