RESOLUTION 10224 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPOINTING KAYLEEN BERG TO FILL AN OPEN SEAT ON THE MOUNDS VIEW <br />PARKS, RECREATION AND FORESTRY COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission acts <br />as an advisory body to the City Council on matters that relate to the operation of public <br />recreation, parks and playgrounds; and <br />WHEREAS, there is an open seat on the Parks, Recreation and Forestry <br />Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 33.062 of the Mounds view Municipal Code authorizes new <br />members to be appointed by the City Council, and based on the recommendation of <br />Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission from the applications submitted; and <br />WHEREAS, Kayleen Berg, 5434 Jackson Drive, has applied to fill the vacant <br />seat on the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Kayleen Berg, 5434 Jackson <br />Drive, is hereby appointed to fill the open seat on the Parks, Recreation and Forestry <br />Commission to serve a term that expires on December 31, 2028. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of March, 2026. <br />indstrom, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle 3Km 6 <br />, City Administrator <br />(seam <br />The Mounds V ieN Vision <br />1 Arwing Desirahle Cnnmmnii)- <br />
