City Branding -Logo discussion -Mayor <br />5. Morris Leatherman Survey -Council Discussion <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Citizens may speak to issues not on tonight's agenda. Before speaking, please give <br />your name and address for the minutes. Also, please limit your comments to three <br />minutes. As a reminder, public comment is for addressing the Council only. <br />Comments or concerns regarding Staff must be submitted in writing to the Mayor or <br />City Administrator. Failure to respect these guidelines will result in me asking you to <br />cease commenting and asking you to return to your seat.
