A park dedication fee <br /> is eligible for this development. The Park Dedication Ordinance states that the developer is <br /> charged 10% of the value of the land for Park Dedication monies. The value of the land as per <br /> Ramsey County is $344,400, including wetland area. Ten percent of that estimated value is <br /> $34,440. <br /> A large development proposal map will be available for your review at the meeting. Planning <br /> Commission representative Gary Stevenson will also be able to offer information concerning this <br /> proposal. <br /> Pam Sheldon, Community Development Director is requesting a recommendation for Park <br /> Dedication fees from the Parks and Recreation Commission. Therefore I have placed this item on <br /> the revised agenda which is enclosed.
