Resolution 26-EDA-384, A Resolution Approving Purchase and Development <br />Agreement and Conveyance of Property Located in Mounds View, Minnesota <br />located at 2833 Mounds View Boulevard. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Beeman requested the EDA approve the Purchase and Development <br />Agreement and Conveyance of property located in Mounds View, Minnesota located at 2833 <br />Mounds View Boulevard. He reported a public hearing was required for this item. <br /> <br />Commissioner Smith stated this property could be up to five stories because the project was mixed <br />use. <br /> <br />Commissioner Lindstrom reported this was the case. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Beeman noted the applicant was requesting a four-story building. He <br />explained the applicant would have one year to break ground on this project. He discussed the proposed amendments in further detail <br />and recommended approval.
