RESOLUTION 10230 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING 1 YEAR CONTRACT WITH RAINBOW TREECARE FOR DISEASED <br />TREE CARE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved going out to bid for the Ash Tree injection <br />program during the May 7, 2018, City Council meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract to Rainbow Treecare at the June <br />28, 2021, Council Meeting, Resolution 9438; and <br />WHEREAS, as a joint partnership, twice yearly mailings are initiated by Rainbow <br />Treecare using the City's logo to the Mounds View property owners; and <br />WHEREAS, Council awarded a 1 year contract with Rainbow Treecare to help <br />support the diseased tree care program for Mounds View property owners. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. That a 1 year contract be awarded to Rainbow Treecare. <br />2. Rainbow Treecare will provide design, printing, and mailing of co -branded <br />flyers to Mounds View property owners. <br />3. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute all appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated <br />by this resolution. <br />4.
