RESOLUTION 10241 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING OF A PRELIMINARY PLAT REQUEST TO ADJUST THE <br /> LOT LINE BETWEEN 8408 EASTWOOD ROAD (PARCEL ID 063023110005) AND <br /> 8428 EASTWOOD ROAD (PARCEL ID 063023110008); <br /> MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE M12026-0001 <br /> WHEREAS, Bradley Jahnke owns 8408 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID 063023110005), and Lazona <br /> C Jahnke Trust owns 8428 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID 063023110008), both zoned R-1 (Single Family <br /> Residential); and, <br /> WHEREAS, Bradley Jahnke has applied to adjust the location of the shared lot line between the <br /> two properties; and <br /> WHEREAS, the two properties are legally described as: <br /> See Exhibit A; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary and final plat of Jahnke Acres shows the proposed <br /> adjustment of the shared lot line between the two properties; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing and <br /> recommended approval of the proposed preliminary plat; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council hereby approves of <br /> the preliminary plat request to adjust the lot line between 8408 Eastwood Road and 8428 Eastwood <br /> Road, as shown on the preliminary plat of Jahnke Acres prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. dated <br /> 3/23/2026, with the following conditions and findings of fact: <br /> Conditions for Approval <br /> 1. The proposed request to adjust the lot line between 8408 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID <br /> 063023110005)and 8428 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID 063023110008) shall adhere to the <br /> preliminary plat of Jahnke Acres prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. dated 3/23/2026. <br /> 2. The Final Plat of the proposed subdivision Jahnke Acres shall be approved and recorded within <br /> one year of approval of the preliminary plat by the City Council. <br /> 3. The applicant shall acquire all applicable local, County, State, and Federal permits and approvals <br /> for their request. <br /> 4. The applicant shall pay all fees and escrows associated with this request. <br /> Findings of Fact for Approval <br />
