2. The Final Plat of the proposed subdivision Jahnke Acres shall be recorded within one year of <br /> approval of the preliminary plat by the City Council. <br /> 3. The applicant shall acquire all applicable local, County, State, and Federal permits and approvals <br /> for their request. <br /> 4. The applicant shall pay all fees and escrows associated with this request. <br /> Findings of Fact for Approval <br /> 1. The 8408 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID 063023110005) is currently owned by Bradley D Jahnke, <br /> and 8428 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID 063023110008) is currently owned by Lazona C Jahnke <br /> Trust. <br /> 2. The applicant, Bradley D Jahnke, proposes to adjust the lot line between the two parcels, as <br /> shown on the proposed final plat called Jahnke Acres. <br /> 3. Based on the Mounds View 2040 Comprehensive Plan, the site is guided as `Single-Family <br /> Detached'. The proposed changes keep the sites residential and would be consistent with the <br /> site's designation in the comprehensive plan. <br /> 4. Both parcels will comply with the R-1 zoning standards post lot line adjustment. <br /> 5.
