(Staff has <br /> included examples of restoration required in this Staff Report.) <br /> Staff obtained 2 quotes: <br /> • Dave Perkins Contracting Inc. $18,183.00 <br /> • Olsons Excavating and Sewer Service $18,040.60 <br /> Staff are also recommending a 7% contingency of $1,262.85 for any unforeseen issues <br /> that may arise during the restoration project. <br /> The funding for this repair is budgeted in the Storm Sewer fund, 745-4415-5150, which <br /> includes $25,000.00 for Storm Sewer Repairs. <br /> Strategic Plan Strategy/Goal: Maintain and Plan for Infrastructure Improvements. <br /> Financial Impact: No Impact to the 2026 Budget as repairs is included in the Storm <br /> Sewer Fund, of $25,000.00 budgeted, account 745-4415-5150. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Staff recommend approval of the attached resolution, authorizing Olsons Excavating and <br /> Sewer Services to perform restoration services to the storm sewer pipe on Lois Drive at <br /> a cost of $18,040.60.
