RESOLUTION NO. 10235 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPOINTING MICHELLE DREIER TO A 3-YEAR TERM AND SUSAN STIGNEY TO A <br />1-YEAR TERM ON THE MOUNDS VIEW PARKS, RECREATION AND FORESTRY <br />COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission acts <br />as an advisory body to the City Council on matters that relate to the operation of public <br />recreation, parks and playgrounds; and <br />WHEREAS, The City Council Approved Ordinance 1061, Amendment to Chapter <br />33 of the Mounds View City Code Related to the Parks, Recreation and Forestry <br />Commission, increasing the membership from seven to nine members; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 33.062 of the Mounds View Municipal Code authorizes new <br />members to be appointed by the City Council, and based on the recommendation of <br />Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission Chair, the City Administrator and the <br />Director of Public Works/Parks and Recreation from the applications submitted; and <br />WHEREAS, Michell Dreier, 7830 Spring Lake Road, and Susan Stigney, 7841 <br />Eastwood Road, have applied to fill to be on the Parks, Recreation and Forestry <br />Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Michelle Dreier, 7830 Spring Lake <br />Road, to serve a term that Expires on December 31, 2028, and Susan Stigney, 7841 <br />Eastwood Road to serve a term that expires December 31, 2026, on the Parks, <br />Recreation and Forestry Commission. <br />Adopted this 13th day of April 2026. <br />ATTEST: <br />(seQi j <br />Lindstrom, Mayor <br />Brian Oman, Acting City Administrator <br />
